Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bits (due to hygiene reasons)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear
- Any items marked as final sale
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than a jackrabbit, typically within 24 hours, with return instructions
- Pack It Up – Securely package your items with the original packaging and include your order confirmation

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we wouldn’t want your return getting lost like a lone calf on the prairie!
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund faster than a mustang at full gallop:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items
