How do I know what size to order for boots and jeans?
We provide detailed sizing charts for all our footwear and apparel. Remember, proper fit is as important as a good saddle – if you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

We deliver Western heritage worldwide, though some Asian and remote areas might be off the trail. If you’re unsure about your location, just give us a holler.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable ways to get your gear:
- Standard Express Ride ($12.95): DHL/FedEx delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Range Shipping (free for orders over $50): EMS delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 days to carefully prepare your order like we’re packing for a championship ride. Larger items like barrels may need extra time – we’ll contact you if that’s the case.
Can I track my order?
You bet! Once your order hits the trail, we’ll send tracking information faster than a mustang at full gallop.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day Happy Trails Guarantee. If your gear doesn’t fit right (we know how particular boots and jeans can be), contact us within 15 days of delivery to start your return.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on certain personal items like pierced earrings. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
